Help me set up a Weekly Planning Project. Ask one question at a time about my commitments, priorities, capacity and constraints. Write concise project instructions from my answers, identify useful source files, and guide me through saving the instructions and adding those files.

2 Hand over the task

Use Work inside that Project.

Read or manually copy the complete prompt

Use my notes and connected Google Calendar to make an editable plan for next week. Ask for missing access, dates or timezone. Flag conflicts, prioritize tasks and leave buffer time. Show what will not fit. Ask what to revise. Do not change calendar events.

3 Repeat the useful work

Help me repeat this weekly planning task every Sunday. Ask my preferred time and timezone. Save a complete task instruction covering my sources, constraints and approved output format. Create the schedule only when those details are settled, then show its saved time, timezone and status.
